Expansive, rolling Hill Country landscape, the yard and gardens are an inviting natural event setting. The shaded fountain and garden area opens to an unobstructed view of the Blanco River valley, breathtaking sunsets and wide-open skies. This area offers three acres of park-like landscaping with large trees and wrought iron benches offering several options for ceremony sites. There are also multiple landscaping lighting options to perfectly accentuate your event. In addition, a wide patio offers a perfect dance floor and/or party location.

Coffee Bar/Caterer’s Prep Kitchen

A place for refreshment or a place to mingle or a discreet caterer nook, configure this area for whatever purpose you need. With two entrances off the gallery, it can be closed off as preparations are made and then opened up for guests to pass through for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. It is stylish enough to leave open as a place for quiet conversation and coffee.

Conference Room

A sturdy conference table and lots of natural light combine for a space that is conducive to meetings and brainstorming sessions. The room includes a wall mounted TV/Computer monitor, and the entire venue is set for guest Wi-Fi. It also has class to spare, which makes it a perfect fit as a finishing room for wedding participants.

Upstairs Salon

Decorated in subtle, soothing colors, the upstairs salon offers a nice respite from a hectic day. It is a perfect room for wedding attendants to prepare for the big day. A large wall-mounted mirror, private bath and two vanity stations enable stress-free dressing. The salon is located upstairs, close to the staircase landing allowing for a dramatic entrance to the foyer below.

Lounge/Sitting Room

Also located upstairs, the lounge is across the landing from the salon. It is a cozy sitting area complete with comfortable cushioned accent chairs and a sofa. The room can provide supplemental space to the salon or be an additional space to mingle and chat. A private bath connects to this room.

Foyer and Great Room

Vintage Hollywood, sophisticated style, not even Scarlett O’Hara could outdo an entrance made on the Manor’s staircase. An ebony balustrade creates a graceful curve as it pairs with vintage patterned wallpaper to create the perfect setting for a dramatic descent to the foyer. With a vintage chandelier overhead, this space is the focal point of the venue. Imagine the photos you’ll take. Wedding attendants, families, business staff, showcase them all in this space.

Plus, there will be plenty of room for guests to watch any entrance as the foyer leads into the great room, complete with fireplace, lounge chairs and a throughway to the patio. Together they form an elegant setting.

Gallery

Adjacent to the foyer the staircase seems to sweep directly into the gallery. A longer room with floor-to-ceiling picture windows at one end facing the fountain and scenic landscaping, the gallery provides a picturesque setting. Integrate the views and sunsets, into your event with this classic room.

Children’s Area/Flex Space

In addition, there is a designated kids space if needed, furnished with beanbag chairs and a wall mounted TV complete with access to Roku and a gaming station. This area is an adaptable/flex space that can be rearranged for a variety of uses.

Downstairs Lounge

Built into the venue is a roomy, adaptable space that is suitable for elegant dinners, dancing, corporate gatherings or social club functions. The lounge, along with the other downstairs rooms, has the added feature of audio speakers wired into the ceiling. Minimally designed, this space can serve a variety of uses.
