You may select your professional vendors provided they meet our requirements. Pre-approval is required.
You may bring your own alcohol provided it is served by pre-approved, TABC certified bartenders.
We reserve the right to require wedding insurance
Signed contract, fifty percent of the rental fee (non-refundable) and a $500 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve a date. Balance of rental fee is due 60 days prior to event.

Our rates are all season, with the exception of holidays. We do not upcharge during peak season!
