“Truly a fairytale wedding at Madeline Manor! Regina and Madeline Manor truly gave us a fairy tale wedding! I had contacted many venues but the very first time I spoke with Regina, I knew she was the right person to plan and host our wedding. My husband really wanted to get married on July 4th, so we had only 6 weeks to plan everything! And since this would be a small ceremony (only 10 people), we wanted to do this on a budget. I didn’t know the first thing about planning a wedding, but in talking with Regina, I was immediately put at ease because I could tell she was gifted at planning weddings (or any events) and had everything I would need for a beautiful wedding! Madeline Manor is gorgeous! Its spacious with many rooms for everything you will need for any type or size event. The interior design is a classic style featuring dark, espresso wood flooring and an eye-catching grand, spiral staircase. Although Regina and Madeline Manor hold all types and sizes of events, they had recently decided to start offering “elopement packages”. This was precisely what we were looking for! She prepared 3 elopement package proposals for us to choose from, each tier with a different level of offerings. She laid out what offerings came with each package, allowing for certain choices. She made herself available by phone, email and even an in person visit to see the venue and work through details and finalize plans. Regina and Madeline Manor took care of every detail from décor to food to event timing, photos and even music! They made this process so easy, all we had to do was pick what we wanted and they made it happen!! The day of the event, when I saw the décor and food it was more stunning than I could have imagined. She and the staff really exceeded our expectations. We will never forget them and will always be grateful! It really felt as though we were celebrating with family as they seemed as excited and happy for us as we were! Regina and her staff are warm, friendly and generous people who are easy to work with and are eager to help. Madeline Manor is perfect place for a wedding, small or large!!!”

“I discovered Madeline Manor when we had a last minute venue change 10 days prior to my daughter’s wedding. Originally, we had planned an outdoor reception at our home but the possibility of rain prompted us to look for a venue last minute. When I drove thru the gates into Madeline Manor, I was struck by the beauty of the natural surroundings as well as how quiet the location was – no road noise!!! Regina (the owner) met me at the front door and within the first five minutes I knew without a doubt that this was the location for us!! Regina was warm and friendly, gracious and patient answering all my questions and giving me a tour of the grounds. I returned a few days later with the bride and her wedding planner in tow. Again, Regina was patient and full of ideas on how to make my daughter’s dream reception come true. Regina was prompt returning phone calls and emails as well. On the day of the reception, I had complete trust and confidence in Regina and her staff, and she didn’t disappoint! Our guests wined and dined and danced under the Texas stars, and Regina Peek and Madeline Manor sparkled as much as the starts!!! “Regina was absolutely a pleasure to work with! From the time we spoke on the phone I knew I would have a lot of fun working with her. She was knowledgeable and very open and honest. When my husband and I saw the venue in person, we immediately knew this is where we were going to celebrate our daughter’s First Communion. I had to plan this in a few months but knew with Regina’s help I could pull it off. She made sure she worked around our schedule and was accommodating to anything we needed. At our initial meeting she had everything from décor ideas, to catering menus, florist, linen rentals, and even a bartender! At the last minute I had mentioned I needed to buy smaller things here and there and she said “I have décor for you to borrow!“ From an extra picture frame, to small candles and even an ice bucket for our milk! The day before I had text her late and said “Well, it looks like rain, I’m a little worried maybe we should transition the party to inside? She responded promptly and said “Rain? (Although we did have a back-up plan) it’s going to be a beautiful day and I will make sure if it rains in the morning we will gladly sweep up the rain as much as we can off the patio! This is what you wanted, we will do everything to make it happen!” I remember one particular guest kept complaining it was a little humid and my demeanor quickly changed immediately as I wasn’t “pleasing every guest”. Regina quickly took charge and came behind me as I was setting up saying “Victoria it’s gorgeous outside! Victoria it feels great outside!” What quickly could have ruined my night Regina came behind me to keep my spirits up! She would constantly restock the food bars for me and tell me to go have fun at our party! She was so full of compliments and really made it a point to greet my guests with her beautiful smile. Throughout the party I was actually able to enjoy our daughter’s celebration with family and friends. Every guest complemented me from the décor, to the food stations, to how the tables were set up and the gorgeous venue! She even thought about my daughter and gave her a gift for her special day! This was by far the best party I have ever thrown with Regina’s help! I highly recommend her beautiful venue for any event! We will continue to throw our parties here! I truly miss working with her day in and day out!”

“Madeline Manor was everything I wanted, and more, for my wedding. The venue is breathtaking. There are so many options for a ceremony and reception at this venue that it’s sure to fit anyone’s style. We chose to get married under the giant tree with a beautiful pasture of wildflowers behind it. Tables and chairs were included, and we could choose from round or rectangular tables, and a variety of chairs. We could decorate the venue anyway we wanted. We barely touched the decorations inside the house, since the decor was already very pretty and classy. The house itself is beautiful. What first caught my eye, was the spiral staircase at the front of the house. It resulted in some beautiful pictures. The whole upstairs is just for the bride and her bridesmaids and family. It’s set up so comfortably, with a perfect area for hair and makeup. I also loved that there were windows that looked towards the front and back of the venue, so we could see guests arriving. There’s also a groom’s area, which is downstairs. My husband loved hanging out in there before the wedding, and having him downstairs made it almost impossible for him to accidentally see me before the wedding. Now to talk about the owner, Regina. I can’t say enough great things about her! My mom found the venue about a month before my wedding (we had to switch venues due to unforeseen circumstances). Regina was incredibly helpful! She was quick to respond to both my mom and me, and she thoroughly answered any questions or concerns we might have had. I gave her contact info for all of my vendors, and she called every single one of them to verify the time they would arrive and depart. She also had each one come out to the venue to take a look around. This really helped so they would be more familiar with the venue for the day of the wedding. Regina sent me a link to a website so that I could draw up a layout of how I wanted the reception to be set up. She worked with me on that and gave me very useful advice. She and her staff helped set up the tables for the wedding, and it was exactly how I wanted it to look. I would highly recommend Madeline Manor to anyone planning an event. Not only was it perfect for a wedding, but it would work great for a birthday party, family reunion, etc. Regina was so easy to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was perfect.”
